Septal deviation causes, treatment and management

Today, a small child patient came to my chamber with his guardian for homeopathic treatment of a deviated septum. The child is about seven years old. The child had the problem of a congenital deviation of the septum. I will disclose in this discussion the measures I took and the advice I gave regarding his treatment.
